Soul Alchemy Online Private Sessions
Monthly Subscription Plans Terms & Conditions
- Sessions are online (voice or video call) and last up to 120 minutes.
- Depending on your choice of plan, you will receive one or two sessions per month for as long as your subscription is active.
- Each session includes written notes, e-mailed to you after your session, optionally also a video and/or audio recording of your session.
- If your session overruns, you will be charged CHF 35 / EUR 35 / GBP 35 / USD 40 per 15 minutes.
- Depending on your choice of plan, you may be able to cancel your subscription anytime, or only after the minimum commitment period.
- Sessions can be rescheduled. Please give ample notice, if you’d like to change your appointment to avoid a late cancellation charge of CHF 35 / EUR 35 / GBP 35 / USD 40 to rebook a session (less than 24 hours’ notice).
- Missed sessions cannot be rolled over to the next period, except at Elena Angel’s discretion.
- There is no refund for unused time, except when Elena Angel must cancel a session which cannot be rescheduled.
- All monthly subscription plans can be paused once for up to 3 months. Please e-mail your request to Elena Angel.
