Have you felt a shift in energy lately?
The last few weeks have brought an unmistakable wave of ascension energy — a subtle but powerful pull toward deeper alignment, spiritual growth, and soul purpose.
In recent Soul Readings and Soul Alchemy sessions, I’ve had the joy of witnessing something both rare and beautiful: the activation of the higher heart chakra.
This subtle energy center, associated with the thymus gland, is mostly dormant for many people. It only begins to open when the soul reaches a point of readiness, and a deeper purpose begins to unfold.
I often see this activation in the aura as a soft aquamarine or deeper turquoise: a luminous blend of throat (blue) and heart (green) chakra energies.
There’s a tangible sense of grace.
The activation of the higher heart is a blessing — and a challenge!
It calls for deep surrender.
Surrender of identity. Surrender of personal wants and desires. Surrender of control.

Of course, this is not always an easy transition.

Letting go can feel like loss. The unknown may stir fear or resistance.
Without support, this awakening can feel disorienting.
