If there’s one thing you can count on, it’s change.
Everything changes. People change. Circumstances change. Your entire life could change in an instant — which could feel like a terrifying prospect.
How do you deal with change?
If you’re a not-good-enough or the-grass-is-always-greener type, wanting something other than what you have, wanting to be different, wanting circumstances and other people to change, you’ll likely suffer.
Perhaps your mind is telling you that safety lies in the familiar, what you know, so you stay in situations way longer than is good for you. Or you strive for power and control. Except, you can’t know or control everything, and life always has the upper hand.
How do you find that feeling of safety?
That unshakeable trust in yourself and in life?
Truly, the only way to experience that power and relaxation, the happiness and contentment that you seek, is through connectedness and presence.
