Can you feel the angelic presence?
How do you sense angels most strongly?
I’ve always primarily heard them.
When I was very young, I used to hear their exquisite song. It came in the stillness of the night: intricate, harmonious, indescribably sublime.
Years later, as I committed more fully to my soul’s purpose, I began to sense the angelic presence more strongly. Their guidance, sometimes very insistent, was always loving. I was guided to books, teachers, practices, and all kinds of new places and experiences that revealed the next step on my journey in a mysteriously synchronistic way.
Even before I began this spiritual work professionally, I would receive messages for others, including people I hardly knew. This was harder for me to trust and act on, but I did.
Later, when I was fully engaged in this soul-led path, the angels began bringing people to me in the most remarkable ways. One woman in Canada, for instance, received my name in meditation — the angels spelled it out for her! She searched and found me online, and I had the privilege of guiding her through the next phase of her journey.
And now, the angelic presence is strong in my dreams, in sessions, and in my daily life — a constant source of guidance and support, infinite love, compassion, and joy.
So who — or what — are the angels?
To me, angels are extensions of creative Source energy: luminous beings that carry Divine will, love, and wisdom in seamless harmony. Though they can appear in human form, they are truly cosmic forces, acting in seamless, compassionate service to creation. Their very being is a song of praise and glory.
And here’s the extraordinary thing: as human beings, we can learn to do the same.
We can attune to the same vibration of love and light, and become channels of Divine intelligence, healing, and creativity. This is not reserved for a select few — it’s a potential available to every soul.
Here are some ways to begin cultivating this angelic connection in your own life:

Let go of victimhood. Recognizing and reclaiming your creative power brings you closer to the angelic realm and your true self and purpose in this life.

Surrender control. The small, egoic self is full of fears and attachments. Trusting in life and embracing Divine will as your own allows a greater power and intelligence to move through you and guide you to your highest expression.

Practice gratitude. Angels exist in a state of perpetual, expansive gratitude. The more you offer appreciation for your life — everyone and everything in it! — the closer you are to the angels. You can get started with my Meditations for Gratitude, especially Gratitude with the Angels.

Keep your heart open. Let love be your guide. Small acts of kindness, compassion, and presence bring you into harmony with Divine truth.
Of course, this isn’t always easy.
Unlike angels, we experience a dense reality — a world where we experience separation and forgetfulness.
We can act selfishly, lovelessly, in ways that betray our true nature. These actions create karmic consequences — painful conditions that ultimately push us to reclaim our Divinity and shine even more brightly.
Some of the most angelic souls I’ve worked with have carried immense karmic burdens. But healing ancestral wounds, transmuting darkness, and restoring light has been a key part of their purpose. Some have become well-known and influential. Most shine quietly, offering their love and presence in simple, everyday ways. Angels in disguise.
